Tim Larkin – Director

Tim is a Kokatha man originally from Port Augusta in northern South Australia. After moving to Adelaide at a young age, Tim has spent over a decade working with Indigenous communities and organisations to acquire and manage economic, social and cultural assets across Australia.

Tim is particularly passionate about building relationships between Corporate and Indigenous Australia, driving his commitment to Tili Arts’ vision to promote First Nations cultures within Australian workplaces. When he’s not on the road working with Indigenous communities, you’ll find Tim spending time with his family and pursuing his other great passions in life, sport and travel.

Jacqui Mullins – Director

Jacqui comes from a background in commercial photography and Social Work. She started her photography career in the early 2000s in commercial advertising. Being young and wanting to explore the world, she used her photography skills as leverage by teaching photography and dark room skills in America. This sparked further interest in travel taking her around the globe and opened her eyes to the world resulting in her completing a double degree in International Relations and Social Work. Jacqui has worked as a Social Worker with children with disabilities and their families for 8 years. Jacqui is passionate about Tili Arts providing an equitable platform for Aboriginal artists to showcase and market their work across Australia.
