Journey – Birds in the Sky (Framed)

Tyler Barker

Size: 110 x 92cm (Including frame)

The Story: Separate moments, separate photos, but together they demonstrate the freedom that birds have, and also the obstacles that can arise when other birds are near.

The first frame shows two birds, flying into the late afternoon light, happy and enjoying themselves together. With the second frame showing two birds, fighting off a much larger bird, trying to overcome this obstacle. Even though much smaller, the smaller birds worked together to overcome the obstacle.

“These frames to me represent life, the good times, and the bad, but also reminding myself that almost anything can be overcome with the help of others, and that anything good, can be made better with company”.
