Terase is a proud Mirning, Kokatha, Kaurna and Narrunga woman who grew up in the Koonibba Aboriginal Community on the far west coast of South Australia. She currently resides in Adelaide. Terase started weaving as a way to heal and feel more connected to her Community, Culture and Country when her mother passed away.

Traditionally small baskets are used by women to gather small fruits and berries such as bush tomatoes and quandongs.
